Let's talk about fruits. More specifically the types of passion fruit!
I know it's easy to think all the time about indulging in multiple candy bars. But it is often a challenge to introduce into the routine the habit of eating a single apple a day. Is not it?
Undeniably, the world of sweets and treats is very seductive. There are sweets of all shapes and types and the market strives to make them more and more attractive to the target audience.
Certainly, there is no harm in giving in to the temptation to eat a sweet once in a while, but daily consumption can be very harmful to your health.
The good news is that just as there are many sweet options, there is a huge variety of fruits available for consumption. Lack of choice is no excuse! There are so many, that it would be the subject of several posts, so to simplify, I'm going to select just one – the passion fruit -, and show you three existing types of it.
Types of passion fruit
yellow passion fruit
This fruit is very popular among Brazilians. In its natural form, people consume it as juice, due to its sour taste. Also, like many fruits, it is used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
sweet passion fruit
This passion fruit is ideal to replace everyday treats, as the fruit is sweet, including the rind, which is also edible. It is a large fruit, and its shape and color resemble a papaya.

purple passion fruit
Like the sweet passion fruit, the purple passion fruit is an example of fresh consumption and also has a sweet taste. As for its shape, it is round, but smaller than the other varieties in its fruit category.

You will certainly not regret it, as the options are endless. So I suggest fresh fruit. Want to know more about fresh products? Click here.
